Well they may not have a lot of staff, the people they do have work hard to ensure everything is done and made correctly.

Manager at this time 2 times now has 0 customer service. Been there done that, not hard to fake a smile or something. Plus no greeting and not very well communication in the drive thru. I thought the owosso location was bad.

Tiny Tink

Drive thru line was long on both sides so I went in. One guy ahead of me at the register & we both received very quick service. My order was accurate & food was hot. Staff was pleasant.

One of the cashiers made my night I did not get his name but he really gives off good energy. And McDonald’s definitely needs more people like him.
