All Blast worked on my house in Saddle River. Luis is very professional and very attentive to details. I was looking for estimates for my house and Luis was the first to answer and come with a proposal. He gave me such a reasonable price I did not have to call any other companies. Luis has done many jobs for me and I am sure I will call him once more if anything is needed. He's done power washing, roof cleaning, surface cleaning (pool), and painting (a couple of rooms). Keeping your gutters clean and free of obstructions is extremely important in the care of your home or building. If your gutters and not clean, you’re risking damage to your roof. When water flow is blocked in your gutter system, it will cause the rainwater to overflow and create a very costly need for repairs. Ignored water damage from clogged a clogged roof and cause an entire roof to need to be fixed or replaced. Avoid most water damage issues by keeping your gutters clean so the rainwater can flow without obstruction. Water accumulation also helps retain debris which can turn out to become a welcome home for rodents and pests. Not properly channeling rainwater away from your home can cause severe damage to your foundation. Avoid all of these issues by keeping your gutter system clean and free of all obstructions.
It could be one of several things. In our experience, we have found this ‘green stuff’ to be one of the following (or a combination of) algae, moss, lichen, mold or mildew. Any of the listed item will cause the greenish colored growth that you see on your roof or siding. While they all are similar in appearance, there is a difference between them, however no matter what the issue is, it really needs to be removed. If your location gets a lot of rain, or is heavy in moisture / humidity, this growth is encouraged by the environment. If not removed in a reasonable amount of time, the stains may become permanent. You’ll want to have that greenish growth removed as quickly as possible.
