I ordered a pizza about a month ago and was given the wrong one. Disappointing for sure but these things happen. The major issue here however is that I was called right after leaving the store by the manager on duty who stated they had given me the wrong pizza, and would put a credit for a free pizza for me in their system. When I went in today to redeem my free pizza the manager on duty told me there was no notation at all about a free pizza, essentially calling me a liar and telling me to get lost. The management of this location is dishonest and unethical. Also, when you call the stores direct number it routes you to a call center in India. I definitely recommend going elsewhere.

I did an online order, then was called and told my order would not be delivered due to a food shortage. No offering of a discount for next time, and frankly, the person who called was rude and hung up on me before I could ask any other questions.

We ordered our pizza and they said it would be delivered in an hour. After waiting an hour and 40 mins we called and it they said they delivered it. We never got our order and they couldn’t even describe the house they delivered it to. …

We ordered two large pizzas: a BBQ bacon chicken and a supreme without olives. Both were fresh and loaded with toppings. Great job folks! I would highly recommend this place! The garlic dipping sauce is always excellent.
