The E. Lansing Point Laundry is quite nice. Friendly staff, it's very clean, and has a tv and lots of places to sit and read. I like it much better than other Point Laundries I've been to around Lansing, though none of them are terrible. It's also right next door to a well-stocked Asian grocery, which is a fun place to shop if you're into that sort of thing.

Been there couple of times (only when my apartment complex laundromat is out of service!). Always had good experiences. Place is quiet, clean. Staff is friendly and polite. Price is decent. When you can do 5-6 loads of family laundry in 75 minutes as opposed to going up and down the stairs for several hours - it is well worth it! Multiple locations in the Lansing area. We have used East Lansing and Frandor (adjacent) and have done so for years.
