We have had lunch at CUCINA GIOVANNI'S 2 days in a row and Chef Tony made some great meals for us! Yesterday Mgr Jenn recommended their Marsala Steak Sandwich for Doug who wanted a 'juicy sandwich' and it was their yumm-o Antipasto Salad for me! That sandwich was theee best! It was so good we went back today and BOTH had it this time! Since I don't eat carbs, I had my 'breadless' sandwich insides served piping hot in a oval au gratin dish along with a side salad! It was soooo good! Their salads are always fresh and delish! Today Fionnuala waited on us. We just love it there! Great service and wonderful food! 5-Stars!

As a regular patron for the last few years, I regret to admit we've observed that happen a couple of times when dining on the bar side. Seems to occur when they're slammed early evenings. The bar is understaffed with only 1 or 2 bartenders at most, who are serving drinks for the entire restaurant AND waiting on all the tables & high tops on their bar side as well as diners at the bar. They're good guys and offer great service, but understaffing seems to be the restaurant's main challenge when both the restaurant and bar sides are busy. Their food is great and the staff's service is normally exceptional! Maybe give them another chance, but just try to avoid their busiest times, i.e., 6 - 8 PM. Wish you the best! P.S. - They also deliver. :)
