This was seriously the oddest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Pretty sure they were vaping in the back at the window as an employee was coughing and the employee cashing us out said something along the lines of “You like that do you? Take another hit” to his coworker. Then when we got up to the window to get our food, a REALLY young kid handed us our order. It was just weird.

This McDonald's location has good food and pretty fast for being busy but you figure the fries would be fresh if it's busy but I still got old fries other than that every was good just wish all McDonald's would put more ketchup and mustard and big Mac sauce on their burgers they barely put anything on and you have to request for more but you get charged for extra Mac sauce

If i can give zero stars, i would. By far the worst customer service i have ever encountered. The two women working the drive-through line showed nothing but disrespect. All we were asking for was a ranch and refused to give it to me unless i went all the way around and waited in line again… for a ranch packet. They claimed there was a “policy” when I offered to pay extra for a ranch. The lady slammed the slide door on my face and was talking to me very rudely. 15 minutes later, another worker came and still refused to give me ranch. She told me to go somewhere else and get ranch when i repeatedly offered to pay for it. She also was asking personal questions about me, wasting time while there was a very long line behind us. Very rude and unprofessional service, i do not recommend coming to this location.

By far the WORST and most DISGUSTING fast food establishment I have ever visited. The rats scurrying around the kitchen floor seem to keep better personal hygiene than the staff! Where is the health inspector?? This CANNOT be up to code. Additionally, customer service is absolutely terrible. Employees appear to receive little to NO TRAINING before they are allowed to ring purchases. Management must be very short staff is THESE are the people they have chosen to represent the store. Food is always either cold & dry or soggy. Fries are never properly salted. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY. They don’t give out receipts, so when your order is inevitably incorrect they will refuse to correct it. Essentially stealing from their customers. I live walking distance away from this location, but any time I visit a McDonald’s I make the extra two mile drive to the next closest one. If you’re craving some McD’s, I would recommend you visit ANY OTHER LOCATION. This one stands out from the others for all the wrong reasons.
