A man sick went to get attention from a doctor. They turned me around at the door said they could not see me. Because it was 50 minutes before they closed. I get there at the best part of my day. I was running a 100° . I had been in bedsick. In a world that needs medical attention this place was NO HELP AT ALL!!!!.

First of all, the doctors are great at this practice. They are caring and attentive. The staff? Not a good experience. They have refused to wear masks every time I have visited the entire time of the health crisis. When asked about it, they are indifferent and even suggested that I use virtual visits if I have a problem with it. The receptionist is combative and argumentative with patients. In general, the staff's ability to provide a good level of patient care and concern seem to be secondary to their comfort and sense of authority. There aren't a lot of choices in Crescent City, but this practice should be considered after all other options have been ruled out.
