If I could give the 0 I wold the rudest people working in the jacksonville city building department They treat you like a child they are so rude They will keep send you around for only COU it took them one year to work on that and approve it

Any thing over 7×9 needs a permit but if they don't catch you you good but if anyone around you complains then just pay the fine

I can't say for sure but, it does make logical sense to have critical power on stores that are on lock down, in an emergency situation. My guess is yes

A house in my neighborhood was in a fire and JEA took the meter out of the house and has not replaced it extension cords and going to vacant houses and plugging them in and taking electricity from other homes and yet nobody knows anything about it
