Unfortunately the front desk/appointment setters at this Oviedo office have gotten worse. They do NOT do their due diligence with looking at your account before scheduling you for an appointment. When I arrived I was informed their office was not assigned as my primary with my insurance and I cannot be seen until it is corrected. This was not my first visit at this location. I asked why wasn't I informed of this before scheduling the appointment and was told they did not look at my insurance. I walk outside to contact my insurance to get this taken care of. I come back in and then I'm told I owe a balance from 2 1/2 years ago. (I'd been to this office since then and they never said this). Now I have to contact my insurance carrier from 2 1/2 years ago and fight for an EOB, because they likely coded my deep cleaning wrong. I paid the out-of-pocket for what they informed wasn't covered at the time the work was done.. Not to mention this office is always very crowded and the staff performing dental work seem over worked. This will be my last time dealing with this Oviedo branch.

1100 Appoimnet, not called back until 1145. Waiting on hygienist another 20 or so mins. Didn’t get info on what my cost would be until after X-rays. No one was rude or anything. I spent about an 1.25 hrs just waiting for my name to be called.

Everything went well on my daughter’s visit. She had 4 extraction (baby tooth) 2 fillings. Excellent doctor and customer service very nice. Our visit i am very satisfied. Thank You Greenberg Dental⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
