Yep, it’s true. Garbage dominos that delivers 45 minute late cold pizza without any of the additional things you selected and paid for. All National pizza chains are garbage but I’d suggest not choosing this one for this specific location because well, they’re no good.

Awful customer service. I tried ordering a pizza and called the store. He answered and immediately put me on hold and then hung up, then I called back and let them know and they did the same thing to me. Before hanging up, they guy was laughing as he told the other guy he hung up on me. Whoever was answering phones on 6/6/22 at 8:30 pm at this location needs to find a new job. So disrespectful.

Terrible customer service. Ordered three pizzas and only one was made correctly. When trying to contact them to get it straightened out they straight up refused to speak with us. I understand it’s a busy time, and understaffed, but still rude. The one pizza they made right tasted good though.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Took 7 minutes to even get acknowledged after I walked in the door. I get you’re busy but a “we’ll be right with you” wouldn’t kill you. Update: food was even worse (see photos). Buffalo sauce on only half the wings and the pizza looked like it was missing the inside of it. Dominos is my wife’s favorite pizza and never have I seen their quality this poor.

As a former driver, they were probably overly busy. I’m sure the driver would’ve liked a tip, since it costs about $4 just to turn your personal vehicle on compared to long term maintenance and repairs. To directly answer your question, the driver opted not to bring a receipt back because they didn’t have time. You don’t need to worry at all. In the future, you can call the store where all lines are recorded and insist that the receipt be reprinted, where you can insist that a tip is left and given to the driver.
There is only a certain amount they used to let the customer reach before they denied. So that ppl but I do believe it simply boils down to the pizza restaurant. Happy Pizza hunting!
Sometimes they do sometimes they dont. Depends on if their drivers show up to work. Apparently its optional.
