It wasn't busy and it took 35 minutes to get our food. No one offered an explanation or they didn't even apologize for our wait, and they charged us full price.

I'm sorry but havent created gluten free menu. Although some of the foods we do get in our labeled "gluten free" we havent devised a menu specifically for that. We do not have a buffet but we do have a rather large menu. We've added a few vegan sandwiches. We'll have to address the gluten free as it is becoming needed.
