Wonderful Omakase experience. A ton of personality from the chef and his cuisine. Highly recommend if you can afford this pricey dinner spot in Orlando, FL. Sake pairing are a must.

It's very well maintained and sanitized. Temperature check and sanitizer spritz right when you get checked in, good spacing between guests in a very private setting so there's very few people in the room to being with, and hanging glass dividers to separate the chefs from the guests. Everyone wears masks and they even provide a cute little box to set aside your own while you enjoy the experience.

We've had both. The matinee is a little less content and time, but still enjoyable. If it's your first time however, I might recommend the dinner.
