LOVE this dealership, they really know how to treat their customers. Roxie always shows me the latest fashion, Amy Moodie hosts the best events & Jeff Cox knows who his steady customers are and does what he can to accommodate their needs to get back on the road. And that's just 3 I can name today!

Did I get ripped off? 9-23-2022 Harley Davidson Crystal River FL actually let me leave their lot without informing me I did not have a working rear brake! Wait till you read about one of their service operations that they pulled on me. On Monday, Sept. 09-19-2022, I had a 11am appointment to have my rear wheel balanced because I accidentally pressure washed off my sticky weights; which would be $100+ charge. So, after arriving on time they took my Sportster back in the shop. About thirty minutes later the front service desk man named Mike came out from the shop to inform me that they searched and found a nail in my tire. At this point I am now a customer who won’t need a rear wheel balance and I have now realized I had become the pawn in the KINGS COURT who has to buy a new over-priced tire! Mike said you get a wheel balance as part of the new tire purchase. I was quoted a price of $270 for my 16” x 3” rear wheel so I pulled out my smart phone and found my tire on the Harley Davidson website selling it for $179. I told Mike that’s a big difference and he should come down on his asking price so, he referred to the service manager whose name is Austin (who was in ear shot but never to be seen again at least not before I left the property) and quickly lowered the price to $246.99 + $135 labor + $2.99 for a valve stem & $19.25 for (shop supplies)??? = $$404.23 + TAX @ $25.32 = $429.55. Now keep in mind, I went in for a rear wheel balance $100+ and now I am leaving the lot without being told that the rear brake is not working (obviously they didn’t bleed the brake line). There was a light rain that day when I left the lot and thought the loose depressing of the rear brake that wasn’t working was due to the rain. I went home and took the bike back two days later to be told the non-breaking brake had nothing to do with tire change. Mike started babbling that I had the wrong brake fluid. He stated I had Dot 3 or 4 & needed Dot 5 (how could they possibly know what I had in there?), and, he offered for the first time to do a brake fluid FLUSH for $150 and kept pushing it several more confrontational times which I declined several more times so, I left the property again, with no working rear brake. I have had to do what they wouldn’t do which, was to bleed the brake line and make sure it works but, they did push hard for the $150 Flush to cure the problem they wouldn't admit to! You can figure out this very questionable service operation and if you have money to blow, they will obviously offer to help for an inflated price! 9-23-2022

They have plenty , there was a really nice white one there as of last week
Yes, their service department is excellent.
Our doors open on August 9. The grand opening will be every weekend in the month of October.
Lowest price I've seen is $150 and that would definitely not be Harley-Davidson charging that
Any dealership that offers classes are high priced. But they go into detail and some even have the running platform they can mount most bikes too. Highly recommended if you're a first time rider. If you've riden before, just take the state test. Study though, there are a few questions that you may think is common sense, but not the law.
