Clueless and rude. I bought three trees from there, one did not thrive. I was told to pull it up and they would replace it. I arrive with the dead tree and then told I must keep it in the ground until June 30th for a replacement tree. Of course the trees would be sold out by then, and I was given a piece of paper explaining the policy (which I didn't get originally) and was told I must have this piece of paper along with my dead tree to get a replacement. Clearly not customer centered, clearly clueless of their own policy.

This place is amazing. I've gotten all of my fruit trees, blackberries, raspberries, and veggie starts for here and they are the best. I thought a tree was dead. Told me how to test it and bam it was still alive and is thriving. Thank you to The Rock Garden.

Bought bareroot fruit trees. The couple are very helpful and advise on what will work for your situation. Will be back in the spring for citrus.
