Terrence was the best thing to happen to Peopleready. He cared and listen to you. Very professional. Now they have a rude uncaring person named Natalie who is rude and hateful to the people who make her money to sit on her butt. Naples is one of the riches cities in Florida and you can build a million dollar mansion for 10dollars a hour in Naples with Peopleready. Peopleready staff in Naples are rude and disrespectful to the people they employ and pay crumbs for backbreaking work to have this lazy woman be rude to you when you call and you are not being treated fair by a customer. Without Terrence Peopleready sucks to work for. The other staff just don't care.

Calling ahead of time by 1 week, to pre-arrange workers, confirming the day before hand to make sure they are all scheduled to arrive, only to find out the morning of the job, that half of them either called out or are a no show. I guess dealing with these kind of people, you should expect this to happen. The branch management should take more care to ensure that their jobs are filled. Poor customer service, and horrible reliability! STAY FAR AWAY. Use Labor Finders, or General Labor Staffing. They are reliable and always show up to work.
