Brad was so helpful to me , I had just picked my car up from the Mechanic and had the starter replaced and as soon as I drove it it I noticed something was wrong, it sounded like something was wrong with the transmission and I was very upset as there was nothing wrong with it but the starter, so he Hooked up the tool for diagnostics and it would not read so he explained to me that it could possibly be something simple like a wire got accidentally pulled loose during installation and he was exactly right I went back to the mechanic and told him what was going on and what I was told it could possibly be and he was back in 10 minutes and said you’re all set that’s what was wrong so I want to give him credit for being so kind and helpful as these days it’s not always the case .
