If I wanted a Starbucks experience I would have just went there. Was at the drive-thru, paid for my drink and still waited almost 10mins to get my drink. And what's most disappointing was that the coffee was less than warm and tasted like watered down mocha (and I didn't order a mocha). If you're going to hire new people... train them first.
