My children ordered flowers for us after our 14 year old dog died. The flowers arrived promptly on that Monday but I noticed that the roses were already brown, not fresh at all.After a few days, they were dead so I called the shop and was assured that a manager would call me back. I did not receive a call so a few days later, I finally got someone and was told that the manager was in and would call me before the end of the day, no call. I sent an email describing my concern for the flowers not being fresh on delivery and the instructions said I would get an email back, I have not received anything from this florist. I would NEVER frequent this florist and am very disappointed in their flowers and more importantly, their customer seervice.
