First time at this location and I probably won’t return. The vending machine didn’t work which was a huge inconvenience because they don’t supply towels to use like other locations I’ve visited.

On June 15, 2022, ran my vehicle thru the Spring location on FM 2920. An employee stopped the wash right after I entered with my SUV. Needless to say when they started back up the big roller brush that goes over your vehicle had stopped right over the very back of my SUV where the spoiler third tail light is. When started back up, my husband and I felt a big bump on the back of my SUV and heard a noise. My husband thought it was just the unit starting back up/ When I got home and noticed that the third tail light had been ripped off my SUV. The screws and clips were still on the SUV and small pieces of the light were attached proving it was ripped off the vehicle. We went back and they had my light all taped up with blue tape, which was broken to pieces. We filed a claim and waited 5 days for Liz with the claims dept. to call and state that my light had already hung half off before the rinse so therefore they were denying the claim. I stated yea, it was hanging off because the roller before the rinse ripped it off, and that it is a 1 piece and could not halfway hang off unless it was damaged. That she could look back at the tape as to when I entered and see it was fine then, but she refused and stated that I would need an attorney to see the tape. The damage to my SUV was $1,065.65. Filed a complaint with BBB, and the company ignored the letter from the BBB, as they have done on 21 other letters that the BBB has sent them. Besides small claims court,(which I will be filing) posting all the bad reviews I can give to help other people NOT to go to this business! This company is HORRIBLE and would never recommend it to anyone unless you want damage on your vehicle which they will not stand up and fix!

I don’t understand why management let the employees talk in such rude way to the customers. Very disappointed.
