This is my best effort to edit my previous post.....where my experience on 9/14/22 was not ideal, the Manager for Ft Myers Florist contacted me and took the time to not only apologize to me for the experience, but to do everything she could to rectify it. We all make mistakes, and I appreciate how they've turned around the experience for me.

I've ordered flowers from them for years and sadly like many things, they are not the same business. I called up and requested a mix of roses, lollies, and tulips. 28 for 28 years of marriage. They didn't have tulips, but the man on the phone confirmed they had lillies. I said great, a mixture of those then. I pick up the flowers today and they hand me an arrangement of roses and daisies. Not only were there no lollies, the majority of the arrangement is daisies. And I paid over $100 for it. When I questioned it, I was told their order, which was taken by phone, showed roses and daisies. There was no offer to fix it nor did they seem to care I am a past client. I'll never use them again and I recommend anyone in Ft Myers save yourself the disappointment.

I've never dealt with this florists before but the order was placed online with no problem I called to verify the order and I asked him to deliver it as late as possible since the young lady gets home a little on the late side I got a call from the delivery man verifying that he was there then I got a call from the young lady telling me how happy she was so I would recommend this florists anyone
