The only subway location in Troy that doesn’t accept coupons. Yet I live less than a half mile from it, and can’t use the coupons I receive in the mail there…… I am sure with a college across the street and multiple apartment and housing complexes for students, they would make more money accepting the coupons. It is always dead in there, other than a hour lunch rush. Clearly being a private owned location is not working for you.

Subs are consistently good and fresh as possible under the circumstances and given the prices but the health department or the owner needs to tell the boys to cover their bushy beards or shave.

Worker dropped the vinegar bottle on my sandwich and proceeded to give me my sandwich. Extremely unsanitary. If I didn’t say anything he would have been okay with me eating my sub. I will not be back because I can not trust the integrity of this establishment.
