First and foremost, the groundskeepers there keep this place immaculate. Garbage is always picked up, the grass is always mowed and I just can't say enough good things about how well they maintain the area. Where else can you go and watch a train a barge and an airplane go by simultaneously?

Nice little swimming hole, smells a bit fishy but not too bad. Lots of shades areas to sit in the grass. A cute little camp ground. People have dogs out there which is great, but they do not pick up poop behind them which is not so great with little ones running around. I definitely recommend wearing water shoes in the water due to shells and trash in the water.
