I bought 8 Krystal's on 7 /12/22. Went from the Krystal to home about 3 min. They were cold, 3 we're hard around the edges. One didn't even have mustard on it 2 had pickles as small as a nickel. No onions on 2. Sad that a big chain like Krystal has got to cheat people out of hard earned money.

The one on hwy 58 didn't have a friendly lady at the window. I had to wait while she made herself a drink and took medication where standing at the window. She kept yelling at another lady asking SHOULD I TAKE ONE OR BOTH OF THESE.. I asked for a pack of mayo when she handed me my bag of food, she rolled her eyes and have a very light huff and then handed my mask over. I apologized to her for making her have to hand me something.

Long drive thru times, regardless of number of cars in line. Slow, inaccurate, and the food isn't what it used to be. Which is sad because it was never much to begin with. Give this location a hard skip.

Stopped in for some comfort food after a grueling couple of days in Chattanooga. The staff was very good and helpful. My chili cheese fries really hit the spot and the Kristal burgers were everything I expected. The food came out fast and hot, so I didn’t mind the crumbs on the table.
