Booked for the wrong night by accident called 2 mins after to tell them and cancel and they would not refund my money 230.00 awful place the guy waa very rude will never do business Airbnb them again they are a complete rip off.

Walls are paper thin. Room was dated/run down. Bed/pillow was ok. Bath mat was stained. Tub was stained substantially. Needs updating. TV didn't have any clear channels (all were snowy). Will not stay here again. Will note that the Mexican restaurant next to the hotel (Vida II) was EXCELLENT.

Couldn’t even rate this hotel. So many drug deals happen here plenty of over doses. Hotel employees don’t even speak English. Employees steal stuff out of rooms and then tell you to just pack your stuff and go. Do not come to this hotel it is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to.

Positive: The room was awesome and clean. The restaurant attached was amazing Negative: The advertise pool and it was locked, we asked them to unlock it so we could use it. There was no sauna, they gave me a hard time about the kids when in their policy you can have up to three kids free in a room which we did have.

I am not sure if all rooms have microwave and fridge or if they even work or not but if u have another choice of places to stay I would do so because the rooms r Grose and not a place I would recommend to stay in unless u r homeless and desperate
Your must be a guest to use the pool and yes it is heated. The Margate resort allows locals to pay to use pool.
