We do have a lift for pool access at all three of our county pool locations. As for the building, I would suggest coming in to the Community Center for a tour on a day that you are available and together we can find activities that might interest you and help you achieve your goal. Children age 12 and older are permitted without a parent for the main building and pool. Children under age 12 require parental supervision.

Hello. Thank you for your question. During the spring and summer from May to October, the weather during evening hours is pleasant and we encourage people to enjoy the outdoors as much as possible during later daylight hours. During the fall and winter from November to April, it gets dark early, it is cold and there are limited later evening opportunities to recreate outdoors so we stay open open until 9:30 Monday through Friday.

I'm sorry but the previous answer is not correct. We do not allow them or any device not US Coast Guard approved and labeled. Also no toys, balls, noodles, etc. The only exception is that in the kiddie pool small devices may be permitted at the discretion of management. Number of people and whether it will cause a disturbance to others is considered. Not guaranteed however.

Hello. At this point, yes! No changes have been made to the minimum age requirement at this time, although we are still making considerations. We will have an older adult on site going forward to assist guards as needed, along with Deputies from the Kent County Sheriff's Office walking through as time allows when in the Worton area on night swim dates. Hopefully with the added measures, age minimums won't need to be changed. Thanks for asking!

Hello. The main building, the Community Center is closed on Sundays, however our pools are open 12-7pm pending whether through Labor Day Monday (last day of the season).
