David, Stop in and see Jason. He will help you with your request. BTW, if the tire shine is flinging on your vehicle, you can stop in the lot and give them a quick wipe with a microfiber towel. We spend a lot of time trying to get the application just right but it can change during the day due to changing variables; temp, car count, time of day and etc. There is also an option to retract the Tire Shine equipment if the earlier recommendations don't work for you. Joseph, as communicated to you previously, you first need to work with Jason, the site manager. We offered you several options but you did not want to engage with our staff on site. You are not being truthful that we did not contact you.
