From an administrative standpoint, the office is poorly run. My first time scheduling an appointment with them, they changed the location without calling or confirming with me so I went to the wrong office and had to reschedule. It took almost two months to get me back in. A week before my rescheduled appointment, they called to tell me they needed to change the time of my appointment. Super inconvenient since I had already planned my school and work schedule around this appointment. When I finally had my appointment, Dr. Eric Feinberg was remarkably unprofessional. He asked about my concerns and I clearly expressed the issues I had been having. He pointed out that I had gained weight since my last appointment (well over 14 months prior, due to the scheduling / admin issue) and said that I “should stop eating Cheetos”. I was stunned. I am 5’8” and 169 pounds. I am realistic and recognize that I could lose some weight. That being said, there were better and much more appropriate ways to breach the topic. Entirely unbelievable to me to critique my weight without asking any questions about my physical activity level, diet, relationship with food, or mental health. As someone who has struggled with body image issues and food insecurity based on finances and other personal circumstances, this comment left me extremely rattled. Dr. Feinberg is certainly not someone I am comfortable seeing again and would not recommend to anyone else.

Dr Cesario was suppose to deliver our son last night at 11:45 PM. I called the hospital yesterday and let them know we would be coming in early because our date to be induced was Monday. They said no problem. They would let the doctor on call know. We go to the hospital at 8PM.Cape hospital. She was already 8 cms dialated when we got there. Fast forward to 10:30PM. Doctor shows up. Sticks his head in the door. Then disappears. Fast forward to 11:30PM. It’s baby time. Nurses have been calling the doctor for at least a half hour. So response. No one can find him. Nurses are panicking which in turn is making my fiancée panic and that’s making me freak out at this point. Our last delivery we had one doctor (Diane Bryd) and a nurse. This delivery we had 8 panicking nurses. And they were all rock stars and did such a amazing job. But Cesario being a no show was pretty low. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy. Luckily our delivery went well. I just want everyone to know our experience with him. Not someone I would want to depend on to deliver my child. Once our son was delivered and I cooled down a bit about our doctor just disappearing I asked one of the nurses if they found him and they said “ no, he’s probably sleeping somewhere. Beware beware beware. Do not let him deliver your children

I would call them. Sometimes they get a little overwhelmed but they are really good with their patients.
