Stayed at the GMV for a wedding and everything was so lovely! We had never stayed in a resort before so we loved all the activities and opportunities to meet new people. The bar and lounge were our favorite spots. We met all the animals and their caretaker was very nice and informative. We would 100% stay here again anytime.

Beautiful extremely well maintained old fashioned hotel. With so many great amenities for all ages this wonderful hotel perfectly encapsulates all of New Hampshire’s beauty! The staff are all very pleasant and accommodating. Amazing place for any occasion!

Historic hotel conveniently located about 20 min. from Bretton Woods Ski area. The first floor/lobby area is quite nice - lots of character and charm. Several cozy sitting areas, game room, bar/restaurant with lovely views. Rooms are very tired. Popcorn plaster walls, thin doors, chintzy and worn furniture and bedding. Not soundproof at all so noise of the hotel was distracting. Rooms themselves did not warrant the price we paid for our stay. Resort is clearly struggling with lack of staff. It's the world we live in today so I'm trying to be gracious but the common areas and pool area were not very clean; hotel staff were friendly but overworked. This hotel probably has much more to offer in the warmer months when you can enjoy more of the amenities.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about the Mountain View Gran Resort. This is our second year coming and we will absolutely book for next year as well. There is SO much to do for both couples and families. The bar is such a warm area to enjoy a drink or bite to eat. Highly recommend booking a room with a view as watching the sun rise over the mountains is such a wonderful way to start your morning. We had a small issue with our room upon check in and the staff helped us immediately and kindly and made our stay so wonderful. The tower spa is also worth visiting for a pampering visit. We truly can’t say enough good things and hope to make it our yearly trip (kids free)!!
