The costumer service was horrible over the phone the guy that I was speaking with left the phone for over 10 minutes not tell me if he would be back or not and did not even offer the sizes of weather there would be small, medium, or large....I'm very disappointed I expected better from this place since it was my first time overall I hung up the phone

Carol and I went for dinner July 4th week. We were in Chatham..so let's give it a try. We got there 6 pm. The room we were in was three quarters full. The other room about the same. It took 15 minutes for a waitress to come over. Very friendly. By time she took our order and having it come out was almost 40 minutes. We shared a pizza. We'll. The pizza was burnt. Cooked way to long. Tough to bite into the main part of each slice..never mind the rounded end crust. Dry. Very little taste. Certainly over cooked which is a kitchen issue....

Stopped here for lunch on a Saturday, 2pm during the Fourth Of July weekend. The only people working was a boy at the counter and I believe another boy in the kitchen. No wait staff, only counter service, but you could seat yourself in the lunch area that had tables. Ordered two Caesar Salads to go @ $12.50 each. While waiting for my food a party of 4 came in and waited 5-6 minutes at the counter to order, but the boy at the counter was in the kitchen trying to help with preparing food. The party of 4 gave up and walked out. Another gentleman came in and waited ........ and left. When I was handed my bag and I was walking out the door, I couldn't believe how light my bag was so I opened it to look inside. I first spotted my two dressing containers were completely opened and the dressing was pooled in the bottom of the bag. I pulled out one of the salads and the containers were barely half full. The salads were literally about the size of your fist ......maybe. I returned to the counter and showed the young man the dressing all on the bottom of the bag and showed him the salads which were nearly non-existent. He apologized and said they just didn't put enough lettuce in the containers. He re-made the salads, which went from a value of about $3.50 to about $8.00. I understand prices are high on the Cape, but I wish I had taken a picture of my $12.50 salad for this review. It was beyond ridiculous. Obviously, there wasn't enough staff to run the restaurant at the time I was there. It would have been better to close for the afternoon or day due to "Staff shortage", then to provide such bad service and risk many bad reviews. I gave two stars. One because the young man at the counter was extremely nice and apologetic. The other star was because the place was very clean and the little bit of food I did receive was super fresh and tasty.

Hubby had the fish and chips and I had the eggplant parmesan. Both were top notch. There was more eggplant than breading, so you could actually taste the eggplant, and the sauce had a rich flavor. The dining room was well maintained and clean.Thank you for your review Cathy! We look forward to seeing you again soon!
