Avecina is a walk in urgent care center. No appointments are needed for typical sick or injury visits. However if you are asking about COVID testing then it has to be scheduled online at avecina.com/Covid

Hello, Avecina Medical provides two types of rapid COVID19 tests for travel. There is rapid antigen and rapid PCR. The traveler needs to find out which test your destination requires. If they accept a rapid antigen test, the cost is $125. If they require a PCR test, then the cost is $175. Both tests must be scheduled online on our website at avecina.com.
