They towed my car for no reason and now want me to pay fees to get it back. There wasn’t any reason for them to take my car. They have caused me so much unnecessary stress. Please bring my car back

Horrible place for detailing. They left my vehicle dirtier. Mud water everywhere and hair everywhere. All they did is leave an oily film on everything with the cleaning product they use. I even called them back to at least look at the mess they made as a professional business, they didn't want to redo their mess. I paid them full amount for services and Eric UNDETAILED my car. The least you could do is send a refund or just reclean my vehicle. Seems to be a one of a kind....

They were amazing! The Main Street team went above and beyond to help us. Our car broke down in subzero temps outside of Valley City and they were fast, professional and even made accommodations for our dog who was traveling with us. I would use them again in a heartbeat!! Thank you Main Street Towing for making sure we were safe!!

My son was driving from Seattle to the twin cities (2 day trip) when halfway through the 2nd day his car wouldn't start after getting gas in Valley City. He has had this issue before in hot weather and the car usually starts again after a half hour or so but this time it didn't so he called me to see if I could find a towing company online. I called Main Street Detailing & Towing after finding it on Google. I was very upset that I was so far away and couldn't do anything but the woman I talked to was so nice and so reassuring. Not only did she recommend a local repair shop that she said was great but she told me the guy she was sending to do the tow was also a mechanic and maybe he could get my son back on the road instead of just towing him. I really believe that most towing companies would have just come and done the tow and would not have considered the bigger picture. My son would have had to stay in a motel a 2nd night when all he wanted to do was get home. Before they could get to my son he tried the car again and low and behold it started. I quick called the woman back to cancel and I was feeling bad in case they were already on their way and she was so gracious about it that I knew I didn't need to feel bad about it which is great because of course I can't wait for my son to get home! (He was in Seattle for 15 months) I figured the least I could do is share my story of the great experience I had with Main Street Detailing & Towing. Thank you so much! Update 07-28-20 - It turns out the car wasn't starting because there was a bad chip inside the key so the car randomly thought someone was trying to steal it with a "fake" key. I just wanted to add this update in case anyone else has this problem. Maybe knowing this will help someone else diagnose their problem.
