9 people here working and several people in line...only one person working the register. She was super kind and helpful. But I came in for a single item and it took me 20 minutes to get in and out. Customer service isn't great here at all. Last visit, they didn't have what I needed in stock even though their computer said they did. The guy at the front was like you take your business to Advanced instead...didn't even offer to find some elsewhere or order. Really bad customer service.

I had a really bad experience I have been on hold for 17 mins and I’m sitting in the parking lot looking at the employees laughing and goofing around and no one has even ask what part I need this is a shame
