Told the indian lady there the gas didn't pump when I paid 10 dollars, so she tells me to swipe again and makes me pay another ten dollars. I go back to pump and see that it wasn't 20 dollars pumped only ten, so I go back in and ask why I'm not getting what I paid for and she lies to my face and says the money will be put back on your card if it didn't work the first time. Well it didn't. If this isn't inconvenience then I don't know what is.

The same pump’s keypad was not working for months. Unacceptable in my opinion with the price of gas these days. Otherwise, their gas prices compared to other stations are competitive and sometimes the lowest in the area.

I purchased 7 Cash Five lottery games on a single ticket on Feb 15. I showed the owner the sign for the promo, buy 7 cash five and get a free treasure hunt ticket. They said "sorry, no ticket" I told them that they owed me a ticket and pointed to the sign. The owners wife looked at the sign again and once more said"sorry, no ticket. It didn't print. Sorry" The husband repeated the same line. They had obviously been doing this for a while. I then told them I knew they were going to keep the ticket for themselves and I was going to report their fraud. Once more I was told "sorry no ticket" They made absolutely no attempt to resolve the issue. They are thieves and liars. This is the first time anyone has tried to rip me off selling an easily tracked lottery ticket. I can't believe they basically told me they were ripping me off and it was my problem. Guess they never heard of the internet.
