I would say this location is horrible. Not one bit friendly to kids or parents. They don’t like to take walk-ins and are lazy. Thank God I made a reservation cause they were sent people away when it was only 7pm. They just seemed miserable and lazy. And the COVID-19 tests don’t work so you won’t get a good result. I would never send anyone to this location your better off waiting for you pediatrician or emergency room.

I had an appointment at 7 pm and I waited 2 hours with a crying infant in my car. I didn't get into a room until 9:01pm. Absolutely ridiculous, No one should have to wait 2 hours when they scheduled an appointment.

From start to finish, we had an exceptional and positive experience. Natasha at the front desk, Nurse Rachel, and Dr. Ramos were all as friendly as they were professional, and the nurse and doctor knew exactly how to relate to my little one so that she would open up and have a great experience. We came here a few hours after a terrible experience at a pediatrician’s office so the level of care here was in clear contrast. We wish she could be our primary!

We treat children from birth to 21 years of age. Our affiliate, Florida Hospital Centra Care, treats children as well as adults. There are two locations in Winter Park - one on Lee Road and the other on Aloma Ave.
We have X-rays on site as well treat sprains, strains, and most bone fractures.
