Literally the most useless service ever. They promised to send a technician and kept me waiting for TWO AND A HALF HOURS. Tried getting an update in that time, but customer service kept dodging my calls the whole time. When I *finally* managed to get through to someone, they told me that they didn't actually send anyone in the first place. Which is something that y'know, *maybe*, they could have told me at some point in the last 2.5 hours rather than stringing me along and making me wait on help that was never coming. If you're ever locked out of your home or vehicle, you would be better off teaching yourself how to weld through the lock. It would probably take the same ammount of time they would take just to tell you no one is coming and it would probably cost less than they would charge.

I was at Walmart trying to get a copy of my house key in the automotive department. The service was horrible and after 10 minutes I was told that they didn't have my key blank and that I had to go elsewhere.
