I've had so many issues getting my medications from this place. If doctors call in prescriptions early, the pharmacy will hold the prescription but won't fill it when it's ready to be filled. Medications will also get delayed or will just go unfilled inexplicably. The notifications for when prescriptions are ready don't always come through. It's also so hard to get through to a pharmacist on the phone, and they don't open at their scheduled time (I have gone a couple times a few minutes after opening and they haven't opened yet). The lines also take forever here, in the car and in person.

The store may be 24-hour but the pharmacy is not. Maybe they should be and it would improve the service. I don’t like that the pharmacy is closed for lunch. I get people have to eat but does everyone need to go eat at the same time? A lot of people may only have their lunch break to pick up prescriptions.

The pharmacy techs seem very young and unprofessional, they do not care. Medication never ready on time, you call and ask for time then they say two hours, but you give them three; it’s not ready.

I called over 60 hours in advance of my arrival to pickup my CVS to CVS transferred prescription. The entire phone call took over nine minutes. That includes hold time and the time it took speaking with the pharmacy. It wasn't ready. I still had to wait on it. However, they had it ready in about four minutes. I honestly didn't realize it was possible to do it that fast. A service failure followed up by a nice recovery. Good job CVS :) I will say they are polite and pleasant.
