My service was cut off recently by two men they never knocked at the door and asked for a payment or explain anything they just snuck up turn the water off and peeled out. Come find out the bill had been paid 10 days prior early over auto pay on a program they recommended. Their latest story is oh we don't use that program anymore I'm sorry and sent two men out to turn it back on 4 hours later a week later I get my bill and there's a $30 reconnect charge on there a penalty because I followed their directions and paid through a company for auto pay I only wonder how many other people are going to get scammed out of $30 for this Holly Hill scam. It makes sense now the way they snuck up and try to hurry and cut it off and peel out so not to be confronted with the bill being paid . Another bad experience in holy hell Holly Hill. Get it together people!! We the people in Holly Hill need better leaders better City management boohoo for the Holly Hill govern system!
