If you want to take yoga class with Christian Hymns playing in the background - this is your place! I have no idea how they get away with playing “how great thou art” while practicing yoga, but I almost walked out, and will never take a fitness class from there again. So uncomfortable!

In-Shape Seven Oaks is very well maintained with a clean facility and timely repairs to any improperly functioning equipment. The staff is very friendly, and helpful if you have questions or need some advice. There is a good free weights section and a bunch of different exercise machines. There are tons of good classes to try - especially the stationary bike classes and the new VTL classes. There are also some very nice amenities like the sauna, massage chairs, and body composition scanner. I’ve been going to In-Shape Seven Oaks for years and it is excellent.

I don’t mean to sound overly cynical….but I can’t help but notice that this gym has a swarm of young kids (probably high school or younger) and they have absolutely no gym etiquette whatsoever. They run around, oblivious to others, playing with one another and socializing like it’s a free period senior year. I’m strongly considering leaving this gym because it’s hard to justify the highest gym membership in bakersfied to work out with a bunch of privileged adolescents working out on Mommy and Daddy’s dime swarming around like they own the place. It absolutely sucks. I really feel that a gym like this should regulate gym behavior and etiquette. It wasn’t always like this….but these kids are just killing my vibe. There…I said it.

This has been our Club for 2 years, we enjoy working out at this Club, the Manager Angelyn is very polite and always helpful, Shantea is also awesome, as well as Yolo, Malaky and Juan. Front desk always greet us when we come in and say bye when we leave. The Club strives in cleanliness and all the equipment is always working. Overall, my husband and I will NOT go anywhere else.

Yes
I don't think so. I tried 2 get an answer 2 that question myself but kind of got the runaround. Love the facility though.
Kids can go to the pool under the supervision of an adult. There are sometimes Group Exercise classes that are designed just for kids or with families. Other than that kids go to Kid's Club and you need to be 13 or older to workout or join classes.
Yes it does. It is an outdoor pool
