Sorry. Terribly late checking this, still answering in case another customer has the same one. Generally routine service will get your passport back in 4-6 weeks. Expedite service is an additional $60 for 2-3 weeks. If you have an emergency or other situation where you must travel in less than two weeks you can contact the department of state directly and see about an appointment at their Los Angeles office.
At Lamont if you go at 8am, pick your number, and exit around 10am... ir s so fast

This is true. We also have a few hard chargers that show at 6am. Mostly it appears 8 am is where the bulk of people arrive.
In lamont, you can set up an appt on sat. Mon through Fri you have to show up at 9 and wait for an appt.
