Well after driving for the past 12hrs.. I needed a place to get a few hours asleep with my family before hitting the road again.. And so we ended up here. HORRIBLE AND VERY DIRTY!! now i wasnt looking for a Ritz Carlton or anything fancy.. But was expecting atleast clean sheets and bathroom. Nope! I have long hair and short ones too on my sheets when i pulled back my blood stained blanket.. As well as crumbs and i havent even ate anything. 😳 the bathtub has dirt like someone washed an animal in it. And im afraid to even check under the sheets. I have a rag they call a bath towel, wrapped around my pillow to cover the yellow stains on it. I do not recommend this place.. Never again. Oh and i cant forget the blood splattered here and there on the ceiling from someone obivously using needles in here before 😳 i wish my camera could capture the true visual.. But its an android 🤷

Came in 3/11/22-3/13/22. This is usually our go to when we come to Buttonwillow as it is only a 5 minute drive from my cousins house. We have not been here since Covid hit. We checked in Friday easy process as it usually is, Delsy (I think that's how you spell it) was so friendly from the get go. My issue was when we checked in we went to the room as shown in the pictures to see it a mess it was never cleaned. I went to the front to let Delsy know she fixed the issue right away with an apology. We got to the room now it was okay. I always bring my Lysol spray and wipes and cleaned before putting our stuff down. We also take our blankets and pillows. We had another issue last night, we came back from my cousins party and of course we were drinking and there was a roach crawling on the wall and a baby one on the floor. My husband killed them and said there's nothing we can do as we both drank we couldn't go anywhere. We did not see anymore bugs or anything so we slept. I reported it to the manager this morning and she didn't seem to really care. She said they called the exterminator, but it honestly did not look like it was a big deal to her as if she is use to this. I wish I would have read the reviews before hand and not assume that this place was still good from 3 years ago to now. It was a very disappointing visit, I only gave 2 stars because Delsy was so friendly and helpful. As for the first room not being clean, they need a better system to help the staff know what rooms are clean and which are not. This would make the process so much easier for the staff and customers to not have to be wasting each other's time, this is such an inconvenience for both parties.

Positive: It was calm not to disturbing and alot peaceful the staff and cleaning lady's are all nice people very polite and always with a positive mood. Negative: No nothing to complain about. It was all good n clean

My husband and I were traveling through and just needed a place to sleep for the night. We booked for a reasonable price, but this should have been a red flag. We asked for a non-smoking room, but got a room that reeked of smoke. A lot of people were going in and out throughout the night. Walls were very thin. Floor needed to be cleaned. Bed sheets were questionable. Staff at front counter were very pleasant when we came in at night, but not so pleasant in the AM. It would have been an overall better experience if we slept in our car.
