Go to new image day spa instead!! Its way more relaxing and professional than thia place! I had a couples massage that i was pretty dissatisfied with i think the therapist was tired it felt like she mostly was just rubbing the oil in and not massaging I asked for a harder pressure but it did not change. We also got an add on of hot oil scalp she rubbed my scalp for maybe 10 secs then started to what felt like just rubbing oil through the ends of my hair my husband was very satisfied with his massage as we have been in the past here... the receptionist called to ask me why I was dissatisfied the response was "are you sure theres not something else going on i only ask because I have a hard time believing that..she's one our most requested, and the other therapist in there said she was doing everything shes suppose to you know they watch eachother in there" I don't understand why they'd call me knowing I'm upset and then Turn around and tell me I'm basically lying about being dissatisfied. Like as if I'm in the wrong for being dissatisfied over a service I am paying for.
