Wow - just wow. They entered our property (we do not have anything 'propane') and skulked around (supposedly looking for a propane tank) scaring the daylights out of my 89 year old mother who was home alone. When we called to ask what they were doing there the woman, who stated she was the owner, was beyond belligerent and totally rude. It was as if we were the ones in the wrong! She even accused my husband of being rude to her because of his concern for mother. What a dreadful way to conduct business. An apology was eventually given but it was so grudging it was laughable. If this was the only company in town supplying propane I guess we would go without! Rude, ignorant and thoroughly disrespectful and disgraceful. Way to drum up business (not!) 1 star given as unable to post without - read as ZERO STARS.

Called to get a tank of propane in my motorhome filled,, Spoke with a very rude young lady who Could not tell me if they could, she would have to ask someone and refused, told me to drive down and ask myself. Worst ever

I bought a small tank from them and when I whent to use it it leaked out the valve so i brought it back to them and she wanted to act like I was lieing as soon as I told her about it she had an attitude about it . And then says she doesn't see a leak all I asked for was a replacement I didn't even use all of the gas ill never go back to these junk tank sellers worse customer service I've ever seen when you have a problem and I've been a repeat customer until now. Don't buy any tanks from them .
