Went in to have what I thought may have been warranty work done on a ring I’ve had for maaaybe six months, IF that. I went in, thinking that it had some kind of a warranty, that they backed their products. The sales associate tried to put the blame back on me, saying if I lifted weights, that can cause added pressure to the band. I don’t lift weights. And being someone with thick thighs, kinda feels like she just assumed, and she acted as if it was my fault their not-so-well-made ring snapped just wearing it. She said she could repair it, for $35, but that’s not promising it’s not gonna break in another spot… we came to that agreement at least. And then she said “it’s just a little thin piece of metal”. Yes I agree with that and apparently not really well made. I have Tiffany rings that haven’t given me issues. Now I’m not hard on my jewelry either. I barely wear it, actually. Disappointed in this place. I don’t recommend. Save your money and go to Tiffany. Customer service and product are of a better tier.
