We ordered at the self service kiosk and our food was ready rather quickly. The food tasted great but even though we ordered no Chipotle sauce or onions on the sandwich it still had both of them. The restaurant itself was clean but the men's bathroom sink could use an update.

Pretty much the same as anywhere else. Wear your mask when you go in, order, have a seat, when you get your food, take off your mask and enjoy your meal. I put my mask back on when I went to the rest room, and returned. Be cautious to stand 6 feet from anyone not in your party.
Not sure. If just heating maybe 350 for a couple of minutes. I would google it if actually cooking it
They do not have gluten free bread. However, they do make some of their pasteries gluten free! There's also a gluten free section of the online menu.
