Drive thru line out to almost street. They close dining area too early. Wait times are ridiculous and food cold when you get it. Saw a trucker unable to get food cause doors locked. No sauce for egg rolls. Asked for receipt and lady threw it away then said I can't find it.

Great food. Even though they were obviously short staffed the food came out hot and delicious. Staff was friendly.

Not good..doors locked at 7:45pm wait in drive up for 30 min for them to say they are out of what I want...not the first time. all the time...we actually make jokes and get a back up order for Taco Bell or BK because they are always out of what we want and we live in the country with only the 3 choices .. didn't even want to give them 1 star but I have no choice!!

This jack in the box is good when it comes to making fresh food but I take my lunch at 2 am. I get to this location (4989 CA-99) at 2:05am and they have the garbage in front of the Drive through with the sign posted saying “sorry we are …We're sorry for the inconvenience, Trever.
