Worst customer service, don’t expect the food to taste like the rest of bawarchi’s. I have ordered chicken biryani, goat biryani, and chicken drumsticks. Went to restaurant to pick my order. The guy at the desk handed my food and told me to wait and took the call 📞, he made me to wait 12 min while there are other workers who can also take the payment. Since its July 3rd, due to parking unavailability I parked behind the restaurant in a empty space and told the guy the same. Please respect your customers. Biryani’s are very dry and the taste is not even close to the taste of dum biryani. Never tasted such a bad biryani in any bawarchi. Only reason I gave two stars is because of your chicken drumsticks, they tasted good.

Ordered takeout bawarchi chicken fry last night which was suggested by the person on phone but the chicken pieces were so hard I felt like I was eating rocks. Not sure why the chicken pieces were so hard. I will order again tonight Please fix it and maybe I will bump up the stars if good.

Amazing dosa, chutneys and sambar! Though this place is famous for it’s non vegetarian Indian food specially biryani and curries but there are lots of vegetarian choices. We recently tried dosa here which transported me back to India, would come again to try other dishes soon 😀 Updating the review for recent order, tried babycorn machurian and it was amazing, thanks for reminding me of the Indian street food. Loved it.
