I give only 5 stars because those employees who work at this branch are courteous and attentive. When it is my turn I am given their full attention to handle my transaction. It appears everything including banking will ultimately end up online. Branches, if kept open, will always be understaffed.Hello, Lenny. Thanks for the review! This ATM constantly tells me my pin is wrong and I put the right pin in everytime. Two times it's completely rejected my card twice in a row but then 10 minutes later took it and let me withdraw. Had an employee at this branch last night that received some very unprofessional service. I understand its never ideal to help customers up until closing time, but as a customer at that bank, we should never receive any negative service. The words said to my employee regarding the owner of our business and the threats to turn away our business, is rude and disrespectful. We have only ever been nice when in the building and always been respectful to our banker, our treatment last night was extremely uncalled for.
