Went in to sell 1 of my 2 phones as I needed a little cash both were unlocked, one needed a network setting reset as I told the owner for it to work with another Carrier was here for over an hour and left with less than originally quoted, HOWEVER upon leaving I inserted my sim card back in my phone only for the internet to work and NO VOICE CALLING I texted him and asked for his help because whatever number he dialed for network configuration screwed my phone up... it took me all of about 6 hours AFTER I left to get it working... it was not the APN... had to factory reset it... I just don't like the way he really didn't care that my phone was messed up after it left his hands

OK so I want to say this much these guys are amazing with that being said extremely knowledgeable with wireless products.for most needed resolution for the many different products , not to mention the rapport remembering who you are prompts a comfortable atmosphere , time management a big plus... 👍..+..😊..Thx Guys...
