Would not recommend. Went in for a full highlight/cut. I asked for caramel highlights and wanted lots of layers. Was told I would be charged more because I have long hair (no problem, I understand more product needs to be used). But what I got was not caramel and non even highlights. I didn’t have time for her to fix it or money (because she said she’d have to charge me more). I called to be refunded and make my complaint so that I didn’t create a scene in the salon. The owner asked that I come in so that she could see my hair to decide what to refund me. While I was refunded part of my money the owner’s attitude was completely rude. I showed up to show her my hair job (like she asked) and she seemed completely uninterested and like she didn’t know why I was there. She looked at the front of my hair and the side at a glance and said “besides that chunk in the front it looks fine”. Ok 1. You didn’t even care to look at ALL my hair 2. SHouldnt all of my hair look good??! I should haven’t any spots that look bad. Thanks for the refund but not the rude demeanor. Never returning. Don’t spend your money here!
