"SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE" Friday i went thru the motown db stand and this young man, Teddy, who was so kind helped me. (He actually deserves kudos every time I go thru - i just don't have the time to go on line to give them.) He ALWAYS remembers my ENTIRE familys drinks... while the girls were busy talking this young man was taking orders, making drinks, helping other workers, I would like to steal him away for my own business, i wish there were more workers in this town with his work ethics. He makes my drinks just perfect, when no one send to get it right.👍 btw: I come from Merlin to his stand.

I always go to this Dutch Bros, super friendly and polite staff. They ask how your day is going or what you are up to for your day. We offer a free sticker of the month with every drink purchased on the first day of every month! We’re no longer selling stickers online, however you’ll get one free with every online purchase.
Our drinks are great dairy-free! We can make them with any of our plant based milks, including oat, almond and coconut. If you’re vegan and your diet allows for cane sugar, most of our products will work for you. Feel free to send us your favorite drink and we’re happy to provide specific nutrition information.

Flavors offered at most locations include almond (orgeat), almond roca, banana, blackberry, blue raspberry, cane sugar syrup, chocolate macadamia nut, cinnamon, coconut, creme de menthe, gingerbread, hazelnut, Irish cream, kiwi, lime, orange, passionfruit, peach, pomegranate, raspberry, red velvet, ruby red grapefruit, salted caramel, strawberry, vanilla, watermelon, pineapple, white chocolate, chocolate and caramel. Seasonally available options include pumpkin pie sauce, peppermint and lavender.
Some of our favorite non-caffeinated options include our Dutch Cocoa, Dutch Frost, Smoothies, Dutch Soda and Lemonade.
Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
From the beginning Dutch Bros went to a no cash policy, all masks, heavy sanitizing, and a contact-less way of handing out drinks. Besides maintaining that, they got rid of punch cards and starting using an app, as well as having you insert your card for payment instead of handling it. I think they continue to do a good job. They did announce a single employee who contracted Covid-19 back in early 2020, but they were open about it and had all the employees that worked with them quarantine just in case.
